Once a builder sends a quote, you'll receive an email with a one-click link to create your account. From the portal you can view your design and estimated price range, watch your build move through each stage, see quotes and invoices as they're issued, and send change requests directly — no phone call needed.

If your design enters the marketplace, qualified builders in your area are invited to bid. You can review bids side by side, select a winner to unlock their full contact details, and message your chosen builder before any commitment. Builders new to the platform can claim a bid and try the full toolset before subscribing.
