Labor costs now priced per worker, not per crew

The way labor is calculated has been corrected and expanded:

• Quotes now price labor per worker, accounting for your crew size — so a three-person crew is no longer priced the same as a one-person crew.
• Once a job is complete, actual labor costs are locked in, and a cost-per-square-foot figure is shown for easy comparison.
• Completed jobs can now suggest a calibration to bring your future estimates closer to what jobs actually cost.
• The price shown for an accepted quote is the exact option the customer signed — it no longer changes if other options are edited later, and the signed price appears immediately without needing to reload.
• The default rate used when you haven't set your own has been corrected to a realistic per-worker starting point.
