A guided wizard walks you through the process. Your property boundary, setbacks, and building footprint are plotted on a site plan you can review and confirm before anything is submitted. Permit forms are filled from your project data automatically.
The package includes filled building-application forms, a site plan, foundation plan, building section, structural notes, and reserved pages for PE seal and HOA use. You can also generate a scoped contractor share so your builder can view the construction drawings without seeing your pricing or account details.
