Window grilles, gutters, loft stairs, and more

Here is what you can now add or configure:

• Window grilles — choose a grille pattern for your windows; they appear in drawings, the bill of materials, and pricing.
• Gutters and downspouts — add them to your shed and porch and see them in your 3D view, permit drawings, and cost estimate.
• Loft stairs — the designer checks headroom, fit, and code requirements, then places the stair on your floor plan, permit set, 3D view, and materials list.
• Dormer windows — place and edit windows on dormer faces; they show up on your floor plan and exterior elevations.
• Coop items — ask the chat assistant to add or adjust nest boxes, roosts, pop doors, and vents. Removing a coop run no longer disables the coop itself, and any custom openings you set are preserved.
