Embed terms

You may put a ShedBuilder.ai plan preview on your own site, free, under the terms below. They are short on purpose.

Attribution is required

The embed ships with a visible credit linking back to the plan page and to ShedBuilder.ai. Keep it. Do not hide it with CSS, cover it, or strip it from the markup. Those links carry rel="nofollow" because a widget link is not an editorial endorsement, and we are not asking you to vouch for us by installing a preview.

If you want to credit us editorially, in your own prose and your own words, that is entirely your choice. The embed modal offers a plain text credit for exactly that, with no link attributes forced.

Keep the sandbox

The iframe snippet carries a sandbox attribute. It is there to limit what our page can do on yours. Do not remove or widen it. Some platforms rewrite iframe attributes automatically; where that happens the preview may fall back to a still image, which is fine.

We can withdraw an embed

A plan can be unpublished and a shared design can be revoked. When that happens the embed stops rendering that content. We may also stop serving embeds to a specific site that strips attribution or misrepresents the source. Nothing here grants a permanent right to the content inside the frame.

No warranty

The preview shows a design, not a construction document. Dimensions, material quantities and costs shown anywhere on ShedBuilder.ai are estimates from our engine and are not a substitute for a stamped plan set, a contractor's quote, or your local building department. Do not present an embed as approved or permit-ready.

What we record

Embeds set no cookies and do not identify your visitors. We count renders, activations and clicks in aggregate, grouped by the site the embed appears on, so we can tell which sites find this useful.
